About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Philippines to expand Moneythor’s customer base.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing initiatives.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of Moneythor’s solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships to generate leads and create new business opportunities.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Moneythor solution and tailor its pitch to meet customer needs.
- Represent Moneythor at industry events, delivering presentations and engaging with prospects to build brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive business development approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Proven ability to manage and close mid-to-large size deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
