About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to power our AI operational initiatives.
- - Implement and manage data flows tailored for **agentic workflows** and **LLM interactions**.
- - Maintain and evolve our data infrastructure, ensuring high data quality and availability.
- - Partner with the AI team to deploy smart, efficient, and automated solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- - **Technical Requirements:**
- - Strong proficiency in **Python** for data engineering and scripting.
- - Solid experience with **DBT** for data transformation and modeling.
- - Hands-on experience with orchestration tools, specifically **Airflow**.
- - Deep knowledge of **Amazon Redshift** or equivalent Modern Data Stack technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
- - Familiarity with **agentic workflows** and building architectures that interact with **LLMs** (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG patterns).
- - **Mindset:**
- - **"Builder" Mentality:** You love creating, optimizing, and taking ownership of technical solutions from scratch.
- - **Smart & Resourceful:** Fast learner, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
