About the role

  • Content creation
  • Produce clear, engaging and accurate copy across formats, including web pages, landing pages, lifecycle assets, emails, product explainers, brochures, press materials, scripts, and thought leadership.
  • Write original product-specific content for the Italian and UK markets, adapting messages to local regulatory and cultural contexts while staying within Moneyfarm’s tone of voice.
  • Edit, refine and elevate existing content to ensure coherence, simplicity and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration and workflow
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, CRM, Brand, and Acquisition teams to support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Participate in creative development from early concepting through to delivery, contributing ideas that strengthen clarity and impact.
  • Partner with content editors and designers to maintain consistency and clarity across assets.
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders with specialised copywriting needs, ensuring messages remain accurate, compliant and on brand.
  • Strategy and audience engagement
  • Translate complex financial concepts into accessible narratives tailored to Moneyfarm’s customer segments across Wealth, Trading and Pension.
  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks that align with product strategy and business objectives.
  • Craft copy that resonates with specific personas and markets, using insights from research, data and product teams.
  • Stay aligned with brand guidelines and uphold Moneyfarm’s core principles of simplicity, transparency and trust.
  • Quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure all written materials meet high standards of clarity, accuracy and completeness.
  • Proofread and quality-check content with attention to detail and regulatory implications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Trend monitoring and adaptation
  • Stay up to date with financial services trends, competitor messaging and evolving customer needs.
  • Integrate GenAI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency, ideation and versioning while maintaining editorial quality and human oversight.
  • Understand the creative intent behind briefs and execute copy solutions that support both user needs and business goals.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in financial services is a must-have, ideally in a content, product marketing or editorial role.
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English, with the ability to write and edit in both languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial topics and craft clear, credible, customer-led copy.
  • Strong understanding of digital products and multi-market communication.
  • Experience working within structured brand and tone-of-voice guidelines.
  • Confident using GenAI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining editorial standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
