About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support finance workstreams related to the stand-up of the U.S. Bank
- Assist in developing accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams
- Support data validation, testing, and documentation for new financial systems
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help design scalable finance processes
- Support the month-end close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Assist with regulatory reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (U.S. GAAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Co-pilot)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
