Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and interpret existing laws, rules, and regulatory obligations applicable to the firm
Identify and assess new and emerging regulations, industry developments, and regulatory trends
Evaluate potential business and operational impacts of regulatory changes
Analyze existing & newly issued regulations and guidance to support firm interpretation
Help ensure business practices align with applicable regulatory frameworks and expectations
Draft and review regulatory documentation, including policies, procedures, and submissions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, risk, or related function
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex regulatory language and translate it into practical guidance
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
