About the role
- Lead the acquisition of larger UK corporate clients with complex FX risk and international payment needs.
- Own the full sales cycle—from origination and qualification through to closing and onboarding.
- Engage senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers) to deliver tailored FX and payment solutions.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to establish long-term, reciprocal relationships.
- Guide clients through risk management strategies and payment optimization solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in FX risk management or financial services, with strong B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to engage mid-senior finance decision-makers in consultative conversations.
- End-to-end sales experience, including closing and onboarding complex clients.
- Understanding of international payments, FX solutions, and commercial risk.
- Experience in a sector-aligned or strategic sales environment.
- Track record of delivering against KPIs and revenue targets in a high-performance setting.
