About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and maintain the Retirement roadmap
Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems
Lead product discovery for new opportunities
Define clear product requirements and success metrics
Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout delivery
Improve key parts of the Moneybox pension experience
Ensure product changes are compliant and operationally robust
Monitor product performance and customer behaviour

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience in Product Management
Strong customer and product judgement
Strong analytical capability
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good judgement in a regulated environment
High ownership and curiosity
