About the role
- Establish and own a new function within the Product team
- Shape product strategy for AI-enabled platforms
- Define where and how intelligence is embedded across the product
- Manage dependencies between systems and platforms
- Ensure clear guardrails for AI usage in line with business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams for shared product capabilities
- Operate as a senior, cross-functional product leader
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Product Management
- Strong end-to-end and product thinking
- Conceptual understanding of intelligence-driven product design
- Proven ability to shape and deliver high-complexity initiatives
- Confidence partnering with engineering, data, and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create reusable frameworks and patterns
- Comfort operating as a senior, high-influence individual contributor
