- As a **Tele Sales & Retention Specialist**, you’ll play a critical role in **retaining clients, handling complex cases, and driving customer satisfaction**. Whether it’s resolving cancellations, negotiating solutions, or managing high-pressure situations, you’ll be the **go-to expert** for saving the day!
- **What You’ll Do:**
- - **Customer Retention & Problem-Solving** – Handle cancellation requests, complaints, and customer escalations.
- - **Sales & Negotiation** – Persuade and retain clients through strong negotiation tactics.
- - **Multi-task & Decision Making** – Work independently while making quick, effective decisions.
- - **Reporting & Analysis** – Track and analyze data (Excel skills are a plus!).
- - **Collaboration** – Work closely with different teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- **Who We’re Looking For:**
- - **Sales Experts** – Background in **outbound sales, telesales, banking, insurance, loans, credit card management, or medical sales**.
- - **Retention Pros** – Experience in **customer support, back-office, or 2nd line support** (preferably in banking or telecom).
- - **Strong Communicators** – Proven **negotiation & persuasion** skills.
- - **Proactive Problem-Solvers** – Independent decision-makers who **own their work**.
- - **Multi-taskers & Adaptable Thinkers** – Able to handle pressure and deliver results.
- - **Excel & Reporting Skills** (Bonus!) – Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
- - Open to evening shifts (up to 10 PM max)
