Requirements
- 2–4 years of success selling digital ads (video ads, programmatic, display, CTV)
- Ad-Tech Fluent: Understand DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, and publisher dynamics.
- ROI-Focused Seller: Comfortable tying value to KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and lifetime value.
- Native in Target Languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi (India), Urdu (Pakistan), Indonesian, Filipino (Tagalog).
- Networked in APAC/Canada: You bring a book of advertiser/agency contacts in these regions and know how to expand it.
- Tech-Savvy: Understand ad tech, attribution, tracking pixels, and campaign optimization.
- Industry-Aware: You stay on top of ad industry trends—especially around video and programmatic sales.
