About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive SMB sales through shareholder banks to meet yearly targets
- Manage a team of 10 SMB Regional Sales Consultants in assigned territories
- Foster collaboration and relationship management to maximize sales opportunities
- Hold team accountable to manage assigned leads within response timelines
- Develop partnerships internally and externally to achieve goals
- Provide input to Marketing and Product Development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of strategic sales/ account management/ business development experience
- 2+ years of experience
- A proven track record of success in an aggressive target driven sales environment
- Understanding of strategic selling techniques with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in sales management methodologies, processes and reporting requirements
- Ability to constructively confront people and issues
- Ability to work in teams across the organization with multiple partners
