ABOUT THE ROLE | The purpose of our Delivery Product Owner role is to manage our B2B-B2C digital entertainment product (games and partner marketplace) from inception to realization in multiple markets and clients.
Full product ownership for clients based in Europe.
Collect client requirements and translate them into value-oriented features; translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the UX/UI and development team; control feature update cycles, alignment, testing, launch and post-launch monitoring.
Manage day-to-day operational and support tasks: Storefront Management, Content Management, Portal Editorial, Partner Integration, Price Plan management, Product Troubleshooting, Testing/Verification.
Manage internal tooling and CMS to maintain product pages and ensure requirements are met before product/campaign goes live.
Create data-driven product reports and drive A/B testing to improve feature performance and potential revenue.
Establish strong working relationships with clients, partners, commercial, content and development teams; accountable for delivery within budget, scope and timeline.
User testing, definition of acceptance criteria, quality gates, and provide first-line support to QA and client product issues.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (German, Arabic, others)
Strong communication skills with clients and partners with a customer-centric approach to solution-selling
App and Web management experience
Ability to influence and effectively articulate a value proposition
Experience in defining and executing roadmaps using agile methodology
