Pricing and Commercial Excellence Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and process pricing requests, including validation, calculations, and preparation of customer offers
- Maintain and optimise pricing models to ensure accurate, timely, and margin-aligned pricing decisions
- Track and update tenders, offers, revisions, and customer feedback
- Provide commercial support to key accounts and regional teams on offers and pricing
- Implement quarterly production cost reporting by plant and analyse key cost drivers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or related role
- Advanced Excel skills and working with large datasets; SAP experience is a plus
- Good understanding of B2B sales environments and customer-focused processes
- Fluent in English; German and/or Eastern European language skills are an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, ideally within paper bags or sustainable solutions
