About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize sales and in-store visibility of Mondelēz products
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz merchandising methods and DSD Merchandising Steps
- Stock and maintain shelves, checkouts, displays, and seasonal product placements
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Follow checkout implementation plans and negotiated sales representative plans
- Inform sales representatives, store employees, and management of issues
- Follow daily route planning and merchandising schedules
- Support seasonal campaigns, displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores and collaborate with sales representatives
- Maintain leading Nabisco brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Denver, CO
