About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz merchandising methods
- Stock and maintain impulse products in checkouts and designated store locations
- Follow checkout implementation plans negotiated by sales representatives
- Inform sales representatives and store employees of issues
- Support seasonal shelf stocking, seasonal displays, campaigns, and new product launches
- Follow daily route planning and merchandising schedules
- Represent Mondelēz International in stores
- Build relationships and communicate with in-store employees and sales representatives
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order shelf and display product using an iPad tablet
- Ensure products are stocked, maintained, and represented according to company guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Kansas City, MO
