About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence
Capture display photos via the digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with Retail Territory Manager-negotiated plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the Retail Territory Manager and management team
Lift, bend, move, push, pull, and stock products from the stockroom to store shelves

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Huntingdon, PA
Schedule availability required: Monday–Friday
