About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display changes
Represent Mondelēz and its brands in stores
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order shelf and display product via iPad tablet to ensure products remain in stock
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues to Mondelēz management
Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location, Bad Axe, MI
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Start time between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM
