About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
Represent Mondelēz in stores and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location, Poplar Bluff, MO
Availability Monday-Friday, starting 7:00am-8:00am
Availability for 32 hours per week
