About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
  • Represent Mondelēz and optimize product visibility on shelves
  • Construct promotional displays
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
  • Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
  • Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
  • Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
  • Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
  • Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in South Bend, IN
  • Availability Sunday–Thursday, with a start time between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM
