About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz and optimize product visibility on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive and upbeat attitude

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
Maintain valid insurance coverage for a personal vehicle
Be able to drive to a variety of store locations
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Dubois, PA
Schedule availability on Sunday and Wednesday
Availability for a 6:00am–7:00am start time
Ability to work 25 hours per week
