About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the 0–24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level
  • Coordinate, challenge, and influence building-block inputs from sales, marketing, and other partners
  • Review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing
  • Provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners
  • Adjust the demand plan based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams
  • Contribute to the demand management cycle of the IBP process and strategy and structure discussions
  • Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve cross-functional communication and support business KPIs
  • Manage the forecast compilation process, including the short-term weekly plan and long-term forecast
  • Interact with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts
  • Participate in the IBP process and manage the demand planning tool
  • Perform root-cause analysis for service issues, forecast error, and bias, and share findings with leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably food or another fast-moving industry where shelf life is a constraint
  • Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, work on priorities, and improve plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player with multiple functions daily
  • No relocation support available
