About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays
Represent Mondelēz and optimize product visibility on shelves
Work closely with the sales representative to construct promotional displays
Carry out scheduled in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Verify that negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally able to push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Ellensburg, WA
Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
Availability for a 5:00–7:00 AM start time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
