About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance or changes
Represent Mondelēz and its brands in stores while working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Verify that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
Communicate issues to the Mondelēz management team
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Greeneville, TN
Availability required Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday
