About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives
Optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock store shelves

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Reynoldsburg, OH
Schedule availability required: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Start time: 07:00 AM
