About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by the state of residence, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID required for access to the military base facility
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Belleville, Illinois
Schedule availability required Tuesday through Saturday
Start time: 8:00 AM
