About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill customers’ merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations
Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: North Glendale, AZ
Open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to start at 6:00 A.M.
Schedule may change based on business needs
