Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required, MBA desired
10 + years experience including 5 years experience in procurement
5 years experience in sourcing and packaging (desired)
3+ years' experience in project management & stakeholder management (must have)
AI-Native Procurement: Harness generative AI for predictive spend analytics, automated contract review, and market intelligence to accelerate sourcing decisions.
E-Sourcing & Orchestration: Drive end-to-end digital sourcing through digital platforms — managing RFx workflows, supplier evaluations, and e-Auctions at scale.
Data Visualization: Translate complex procurement datasets into compelling, insight-driven dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to enable faster, data-backed decision-making.
