About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Puyallup, WA
