About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers
Fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products
Perform in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays and new product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
