About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers to fulfill merchandising needs
Communicate & build relationships with customers
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through company guidelines
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans are followed and communicate issues with management team
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and product launches
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, ability to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Batavia, IL
