About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support our growth and the delivery of excellent business results
- convert in-depth shopping and omni retail environment data into insights and category, retail and customer strategies and recommendations
- strive to be the indispensable partner with our Drug retailers CVS and Walgreens, providing tactical and strategic guidance
- build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence
- create recurring business reviews providing deep, action-oriented analysis on drivers
- create compelling, insights-led category reviews, new item analyses, and seasonal reviews
- provide proactive insight into the impact of category drivers and promotional strategies to the customer and sales teams
- support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from Customer Partner cross-functionally
- learn and drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with our retailer partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics (CPG/FMCG, Amazon or Away from Home preferred)
- Experience with data sources (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, 1010)
- Experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
- Experience developing customer-facing presentations; direct customer-facing experience is a plus
- JDA/POG building experience is a plus
