About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure stock conditions
Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked according to guidelines
Follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25-35 miles from primary location.
