About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
Construct promotional displays
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and new product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Olympia, WA
Schedule availability required: Open availability including weekends and holidays. 5-6:00 A.M. Start Time.
