About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support NA sugar and Dairy strategy development and implementation
- Analyze regional spend data and understand the business needs. Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities.
- Define the supplier negotiation strategy at country, and/or regional level.
- Represent Raw Materials Procurement NA on Projects for our internal and External Network (EM) in the projects for the region
- Be part of the workshops to support providing market insights such as category profile, SKU, spend and use that information to drive overall cost improvement or business growth
- Get consumer insights and market trends from the suppliers and Spend Area leads to share with stakeholders
- Be in close contact with the Procurement Innovation Team and R&D to provide an understanding on commercial and supply feasibility for new ideas
- Support the team to build pipeline thru Continuous Improvement (CI) ideas generated by the suppliers and help the Spend Area Category to move ideas thru I2M/Volt efficiently
- Support the Spend Area in the projects execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in business, ideally within Procurement and/or Manufacturing
- Procurement Data Analytics – ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data
- Supply market analysis experience preferred
- Project management
- Negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships
