About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support NA sugar and Dairy strategy development and implementation
Analyze regional spend data and understand the business needs. Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities.
Define the supplier negotiation strategy at country, and/or regional level.
Represent Raw Materials Procurement NA on Projects for our internal and External Network (EM) in the projects for the region
Be part of the workshops to support providing market insights such as category profile, SKU, spend and use that information to drive overall cost improvement or business growth
Get consumer insights and market trends from the suppliers and Spend Area leads to share with stakeholders
Be in close contact with the Procurement Innovation Team and R&D to provide an understanding on commercial and supply feasibility for new ideas
Support the team to build pipeline thru Continuous Improvement (CI) ideas generated by the suppliers and help the Spend Area Category to move ideas thru I2M/Volt efficiently
Support the Spend Area in the projects execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experiences in business, ideally within Procurement and/or Manufacturing
Procurement Data Analytics – ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data
Supply market analysis experience preferred
Project management
Negotiating, influencing and building collaborative relationships
