About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join a team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers to fulfill the merchandising needs
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo, Ritz, and others
Optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions
Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Columbia, TN
