Coordinator, Administration Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support executing activities and build effective relationships with those you support
- Develop an annual engagement plan and coordinate implementation of this plan
- Organize and manage the community champions to drive the engagement plan
- Perform all duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
- Answer emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Administration, support and engagement planning roles
- Highly developed customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork
- German speaking preferable
