About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs
Ensure compliance with policies, strategies and processes
Develop and deploy sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships
Manage supply base working with internal and external stakeholders
Build programs with the business and suppliers incorporating best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities
Define and deliver ambitious plans encouraging engagement from teams and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience across different markets
Procurement packaging experience
Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers
Strategic sourcing and risk management
Business and financials understanding of how procurement influences profit and loss
Organizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting with senior leaders
Modelling trust, integrity and perseverance
Familiarity with cost modelling
Experience managing supplier relationships
Ability to deliver complex project implementations
Strong analytical skills
Presentation and influencing skills
Self-motivation, proactivity and drive
Eagerness to embrace new digital tools
Comfort dealing with ambiguity
