About the role

  • Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz and its Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) in-store
  • Work closely with sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays
  • Order product via iPad/tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Ensure Mondelēz guidelines and Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers are being followed
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and support new product launches
  • Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Kyle, TX (secondary locations: Buda, Lockhart, San Marcos, TX)
  • Schedule availability required: Tuesday through Saturday, start by 5-6 am
