About the role

  • Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover any teammate as needed
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines for merchandising
  • Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team
  • Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
  • Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times
  • Partner with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Ralphs, Target and more

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Johnson City, TN
  • Ability to drive to secondary locations: Bristol, TN | Kingsport, TN | Morristown, TN | Greeneville, TN
  • Full schedule availability required
  • Ability to order product via iPad Tablet
  • Ability to follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team
  • Ability to communicate store issues with Mondelēz management team
