About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and produce Digital Shelf and eCommerce content, including product detail page images, lifestyle visuals, comparison charts, and enhanced content modules
- Adapt existing brand and campaign assets into channel-specific formats for online retail, paid social, digital banners
- Create motion graphics and short-form video assets to support product storytelling and engagement
- Execute high-volume asset versioning, resizing, and formatting across multiple brands and platforms
- Stay adaptive with emerging creative technologies, including AI tools, to enhance both design workflows and concept ideation
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and retailer specifications
- Support asset preparation, organization, and upload into Mondelez DAM systems, ensuring proper tagging and file management
- Collaborate with brand, Omni, and Digital Commerce (DigCom) teams to deliver against business priorities
- Incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency across all outputs
- Support continuous improvement of templates, tools, and workflows to increase speed and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content production, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; After Effects and/or Premiere Pro a plus)
- Experience with CPG, Food & Bev, and Digital Shelf content preferred
- Motion design and video editing capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and ability to work within established brand systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
