Change Manager, Demand Planning

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a change partner for the function and be accountable for change management and communications
- Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation
- Set change strategies and create comprehensive plans aligned with global S4/o9 goals
- Identify and assess change impacts to the organization, capturing Change Impact Assessments (CIA) broken down by role
- Own the end-to-end functional training journey
- Build change capability by supporting BU Change Teams, Workstream Leads, SMEs, and Key Users
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of best practices in change management principles
- Training and instructional design experience
- A passion for change and big-picture thinking
- Strong Functional Knowledge with a minimum of 5+ years in a function/s, with deep functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas (Demand Planning and/or Integrated Business planning (IBP))
- Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business
- Strong network across the business
