About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management team.
Stay Safe & Compliant embracing the physical nature of the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet defined physical requirements (repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs).
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Groton, CT
