About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products
Capture pictures of displays during in-store visits
Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles from primary location: Gulf Shores, AL
