About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain promotional displays
Represent Mondelēz brands like Oreo and Ritz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits and capture pictures of displays
Order products to ensure in-stock conditions
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude in store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Montgomery, NY
