Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain promotional displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' guidelines
Order products for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within a 25-mile range from the primary location (Chickasha, OK)
