About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
Ensure leading brands are well represented and stocked
Follow the daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Capacity for repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles range from primary location: Lakeview, OR
