About the role

  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) and work with sales representatives to optimize visibility
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
  • Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
  • Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Dothan, AL (Secondary: Ozark, AL | Enterprise, AL)
  • Schedule availability required: Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Friday (Weekend help may be needed as business need directs)
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Ability to order product via iPad Tablet and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
