About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, and others in front of in-store employees
Collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales and displays
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced work environment (repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs)
Occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Arvada, CO)
