About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Old Bridge, NJ
Schedule availability required: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat
