Analyst – External Manufacturing Finance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with External Manufacturing (EM) ecosystem to drive financial stewardship and shape cost performance
- Operate with end-to-end ownership, high autonomy, and cross-functional exposure across EM plants, supply chain, procurement, and category finance
- Support procurement negotiations through financial modeling and commercial insights
- Lead monthly books closure for assigned EM plants
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and leadership dashboards
- Analyse cost variances and operational KPIs
- Ensure robust internal controls across EM operations
- Identify process gaps and champion automation and simplification opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / Commerce Graduate / CA Inter / CMA Inter
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in plant finance, cost control, external manufacturing, or supply chain finance (FMCG preferred)
- SAP knowledge (FICO preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
- Understanding of manufacturing cost structures and plant KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
